1. Getting to Nusa Lembongan

Nusa Lembongan is 30 minutes boat ride from Sanur. We can assist with your boat and land transfer with our recommended boat companies D’Stars, Rocky Fast Cruise and Morin Private Transfer.

If you’re traveling with toddlers or elderly family members, we recommend booking the Rocky Fast Cruise for its hassle-free jetty-to-jetty service. With four daily departures, Rocky Fast Cruise ensures a seamless journey to Lembongan. You can also get 15% off for boat transfers when you book your accommodation with us.

Group travel can sometimes be challenging to coordinate. To guarantee a smooth trip from the airport or your Bali hotel to your villa in Nusa Lembongan, we strongly recommend booking land transfers for both legs of your journey. This precaution also minimizes the risk of missing the boat due to traffic to Sanur port. Please note that private land transfer applies only to the Bali portion; in Lembongan, you will share the pickup vehicle with other passengers.

For those seeking flexibility and an exclusive experience, consider booking a private boat transfer with Morin. If your flight schedule doesn’t align with D’Stars or Rocky’s services, Morin can arrange a boat transfer at your preferred time, departing from Sanur’s quieter Mertasari harbour. With a maximum capacity of 12 people, Morin’s private transfer is ideal for small groups.

Resorts

All-time favourite resort Hai Tide in Mushroom Bay offers a variety of family-friendly accommodation in Lumbung or Villa style. Their Family Lumbung can comfortably accommodate two adults and two children, while the 2 Bedroom Private Villas provide a more exclusive experience with two bedrooms, a private pool with Australian standard pool fence, and an open-air living room. Plus, families can enjoy complimentary activities such as the pontoon with slide, banana boat rides, and mountain bikes.

Batu Karang Resort, just minutes from Coconut Beach, is a five-star haven featuring three pools, three restaurants, a bar, and an on-site spa. Families will find the Two Bedroom Apartment particularly appealing, as it includes a living room and accommodates up to five people.

Still in Jungutbatu, Lembongan Island Beach Villas (LIBV) comprises 10 villas, ranging from two to three bedrooms. LIBV offers excellent value and is an ideal choice for larger groups seeking proximity to each other and the surf breaks. Some villas include a plunge pool, while an infinity pool near the entrance boasts stunning ocean and Mount Agung views.

Nusa Lembongan boasts numerous beautiful villas, a few are designed specifically families with younger children in mind. Villa Sari, Jipsi, Tranquilla and Pantai feature bunk beds for children (or adults), making them perfect for multiple families traveling together.

Jipsi Beach House’s expansive lawn adds charm to this beachfront property, while Villa Pantai offers comprehensive facilities, from a small gym and in-villa dining to a rumpus room and massage bale. Also in Sandy Bay, Villa Tranquilla is a luxurious cliff villa with four bedrooms featuring dramatic ocean view, manicured garden and ocean facing infinity pool.

One of the most popular private villas in Nusa Lembongan is Villa Sayang, consisting of a three and four bedroom villa on Tamarind Bay accommodating up to 14 guests. Designed in classic Balinese style, Villa Sayang has on-site massage room and staff to cook breakfast, lunch and dinner so you don’t have to leave the villa.

If you’re looking for something in between of a villa and a resort, Castaway may be just the right fit for you. Offering a total of 11 bedrooms, this newly renovated accommodation offers one bedroom suites, two bedroom villas and a private three bedroom villa. Located minutes away from Mushroom Beach, Castaway is ideal for those who want to enjoy private time without being too far away from the beach and restaurants.
